Hi,
Santhanam's translations is generally better, but they both have thier problems - both actually translated hindu version into english and then put the sanskrit sutras on the top - so there are a few sutras they missed and a few they bungled, but usually Santhanam is better. I translate whatever I use in the text. Sharma also added 3 chapters to it which are not from Parashara.
I have the sanskrit Yavana Jataka, but it is in Pinagree's handwritting and so really hard to make some of the characters out so I have to suffer a lot when reading that one... that was before we had computers with sanskrit fonts.
I have not gotten my hands on Minaraja's text as of yet. There are no copies in circulation and you pretty much have to be connected to a university to get that book on interlibrary loan.
