Rumen, I read your presidential analysis at the time you posted it, but due to a busy life and client work I was not able to reply until today. I will also post a link to your article on the western sidereal forum as astrologers on that forum use your fixed Babylonian zodiac and parans.
Of course your approach is interesting. Placidus produces very beautiful charts. My first thought was that all these men must have significant star alignments because in order to consider a bid for the presidency, each would already have reached a prominent political office in America and be easily recognized by the public. For example, Newt Gingrich (who had your highest point count) has been Republican speaker of the house, "king" of Capital Hill. Afterwards he served as a political commentator and a consultant, keeping before the public.
What then, determines who will win an election at a different point in time from the date of birth? One cannot use only the natal stars. How would you answer that question? Would you consider star alignments in the solar return for the year of the election? (I do not work with charts of unknown birth times so am not including Ron Paul.)
Sidereal Solar Return Charts:

I have never been quite comfortable with Obama's chart. I believe if astrologers saw his chart knowing nothing about him, they would not have identified him as a person reaching the position of president of the United States. This is saying only that we still have much to learn about astrology. On the other hand Romney's natal chart does seem to show presidential potential. Considering only the 2012 solar return charts without including the stars, Romney's chart looks to be much stronger.
