[Greetings. This is copied from a thread at astrologyweekly.com forum where I answered a rather 'Lonely Heart' as per her 'T' Square. A Saturn-Jupiter/Venus/Moon 'T' Square.
This method is suggested by the writings of Rudhyar and/or is extrapolated from it.]
"Well, I may get chewed out abit for this...as I am a Sabian Astrologer and this is not the 'Sabian Forum.' [and I am a 'Modernist' primarily 'Rudhyarian' in technique.]
'T' squares are handled by focusing on the missing part to the 'Cross configuration' that the 'T' square is a part of, [The focus point is the 'Release'!] By taking an average of all the players in the 'T' Square...I get 28* 59' Libra...[that's shaving it a bit]...it could be the next degree.
Thus in Sabian analysis the Symbol for the 29th degree of Libra..i.e. the missing point...becomes...symbolically...the attitude or action one wants to employ and integrate into the cross pattern [that is formed by this additional point/degree of the Zodiac] by focusing on this 'phantom' point and employing the principle[s] indicated by the Sabian Symbol you will experience a release from the 'Tension' that is the 'T' Square.
This is symbolically [by Rudhyars book];
"(LIBRA 29°): MANKIND'S VAST AND ENDURING EFFORT TO REACH FOR KNOWLEDGE TRANSFERABLE FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION.

I know this is unproven and i am only proposing it here although I've promoted it as being a solution in other forums...I'm that sure of it...but I do respect the expertise that this forums membership represents...thus, I'm humbly offering this explanation here more as a 'proposal' of technique...D M

A square is of the same simile but in this case...one must concede the 'right of way' to the other...both get to proceed...but one must decide who gets to go first.
...ps...If you read my treatise on why the present module of the Zodiac having alternate polarity, one sign to the next, is in error and rather should be recognized as being divided half and half, like a Yin-Yang symbol, and if you agree with that, you'll possibly see why the opposite degree is the 'Attraction' and the urge to merge [..ahem...] is in effect as a natural law."

Find the average degree between the existing members of the 'T' Square...in your case you must also add in Neptune as it is in this matrix also...thus you have an average of 15* 09'...now find that degee and symbol in Aries. In astrological degree symbols enumeration there is no zero...just like there is no year 0 AD or 0 BC....thus this is the 16th degree of Aries.
A 'T' Square is searching for a realese of this tenion that is built up among the Planets/Luminaries...whatever...that are involved in the matrix...the release is the missing polarity...you must take the symbol found at Aries 16* and...either...implement it, or integrate it into your mentality/outlook/reasoning ...exemplify it ...etc...

As I am the originator of this technique...but it is based entirely on the knowledge published by Dane Rudhyar and is explained and expounded all but for any ref. to natal charts and personal affairs...at least to my knowledge of Rudhyars writings, as He was most prolific...and i do mean PROLIFIC...
We should also take an avg. including the Asc....[and we need not need the Desc...it's about the Asc being ones 'Personal Point'...it's where the Planet, Earth, enters into the Natal Chart...one might even make a third matrix out of this cluster but i think two is enough...as we want to adress the external factors [sans the Asc.] and the external and internal combined [with the Asc. in the average]...thus we get 14* Aries 05', that's the 15th degree of Aries, and you need to deal with that symbol also...as these energies/principles/Cosmic or Divine Laws that the degrees and Sabian Symbols represent...morph one into the other...in both directions...it's no big deal just add to the technique of application a little more message...

[I just collected another example of this in action...I'm including the reply from the member at astrologyweekly.com that posted and asked for help understanding - resolving her rather debilitating 'T' Square.]
Note. I didn't read the replies from other members at this thread nor any further by the appealing member...so as to not influence my own objectivity.]
First let's take a look at the request:

Now lets look at all the symbols involved in this 'T' Square.
You've a Sun/Mars conjunction at one point in this matrix...one point of the 'beam' of opposing aspects.Sun 12* 20' 52" Gemini and Mars 12* 20' 58"
[I'll bypass the analysis of a Sun/Mars conjunction in Gemini as I'm sure you've already done so yourself by now and most certain the other members don't need to hear a review of what they already know.
Let's do note that it is a very strong one being as near a perfect conj. as I've ever seen in a natal chart.
And this is opposite a Jupiter/Uranus conj. in Sag. Lets do note [as I am an advocate of 'The Astrologers Handbook by Sakoian and Acker] that this conj. bestows interests...[ibid.] "...in new, progressive, and occult forms of religion such as New Thought, 'power of positive thinking', yoga or astrology. [these people] do not follow ordinary business procedures, educational endeavors or religious beliefs, but think and act for themselves with originality and ingenuity.
...generous toward their friends. They encourage other people who are also interested in doing worthwhile, unusual things. In politics they tend to be reformers and advocates of new political philosophies. They are generally in opposition to the established way of doing things"
The intense and powerful combination of the Sun/Mars conj...all that 'pumped up' will power, drive, determination and ego in opposition to the Jup/Uranus conj. manifesting as over zealousness for reform , proselytizing, doing things differently just for the shock value, amplified with more self will, hypersensitivity , individualness ...which added to the aforementioned 'originality and tendencies toward opposition to established ways...not to mention the extremely intense Masculine vibe this creates would leave most people that encounter you at any time 'you are not at your best' [mood, sociability, diplomacy...etc] a 'tad frightened...I would surmise.
As to the Sun/Jupiter opp. remember to cultivate a practical down to earth, impersonal attitude...especially when dealing with others, Curb impulses and urges towards grandiose schemes and ostentatious manners.
As to Sun/Uranus opp. ...It's know to create people that are high -strung, nervous, tense and irritable. It might delude one into believer they are more intelligent and talented than they really are...or if those do exist regardless, these people often don't use those gifts wisely. The opposition is known to cause erratic behavior and impatience and that thwarts all that drive and ambition and those abilities of superhuman like ability at sustained effort you have...which in turn diminishes any experience/education/understanding/wisdom of which you need to make practical use of those radical ideas and ways of doing things you have. Learn to control this...better yet...to overcome it.
Watch that over zealousness at promoting religious and philosophical views and opinions and quick temper and hair trigger tendency to argue and or fight that is the result of the Mars/Jupiter and the Mars/Uranus oppositions.
Now all the aforementioned is in a 'T' ...are in squares with your natal Moon... [Ugggggh....Oy Vey! ...If I may borrow a Hebrew expression...as it certainly fits this situation...]...I'll forgo doing the planet by planet and Sun square Moon and state it simply...]...it's in GREAT conflict with your emotional self...in a womans' case the majority of her beingness...
The 'T' in 'T' Square stands for 'Tension' ...in a sense, to put it succinctly and in mnemonic form..and that tension is released through the missing point, that is the empty point in the zodiac that if filled would make the 'T' Square a 'Grand Cross'. The mastery of which becomes a valuable and beneficial ability at solving conflicts.
From what I've obtained from Rudhyars writings and my own observations, investigations, deductions and have thus concluded is that an average must be found from all the players in the 'T' Square as to what the degree is of that missing point...in your case in Virgo.
Taking an average from your natal Sun, Moon, Mars, Jupiter and Uranus [...and, wow...do you have a lot of 'players' involved and especially as to the both the Sun and Moon...as this is affecting so much of your being and consciousness...it is really impacting your life...in my opinion.]
... that comes to apprx 08* 51'.

What's interesting about all that you've written is that back in 2009 I had, finally, gotten my dream job. After years of being in Property Management (leasing apartments/managing apartment complexes) I was offered a job as Property Manager, after more than a dozen interviews & staying at jobs I hated where I was treated like **** & underpaid! I was finally the one in charge.
The property I managed was in a bad neighborhood, the residents were all living below the poverty line, there was a lot of crime & drama there. But, while most people would go running in the other direction & former co-workers recommended I do so, upon hearing about my new position...all I saw was all the ways I could help make this place better, nicer, safer, cleaner, more efficient...a happier place to live & a more profitable one for the company as well. The job became my whole life, I was so driven to make life better for all my residents (at least the ones that weren't murders or rapist, lol) and to show the owners that all the stresses and ridiculousness they'd been dealing with, was really just an ill effect of previous poor management, that I knew I could fix. Mind you, this was not going to be an easy task, everything about the place from the residents to the lease files had been handled ineffectually...it was in fact a disaster area. But I became so completely invested in it, it was like my baby, everything about it was a personal reflection of me so I worked tirelessly day in & day out for it's cause. And after only a few months it was really starting to look like a whole new place, the changes I'd put into effect were really begining to show & it was the most wonderful feeling. Residents whom had formally been very condescending, rude and even violent toward me, were now thanking me, hugging me & respectful of me. I'd saved many of them from being evicted from their homes, or gotten out menacing residents who were only causing problems, or fixed some maitenance issue that had gone ingnored for years. For the first time in my life I felt like I was doing exactly what I was suppose to be & that I was really helping people while helping myself in the process. I was actually happy!
But before long everything came crashing down...my boss, whom had been my main collegue & who I'd been very close to had a falling out with the owners & was forced to resign. While they ensured me that I was doing a great job & that my position with the company was not in jepordy, that seemed to change some how after they hired a new boss for me. I did everything in my power to be cooperative & diplomatic with her, she never said anything negitive about my preformace & had actually only worked with me a time or two, but it didn't matter. She was set on restaffing the entire property with all her friends & didn't care who's life she had to ***** up to make that happen. Needless to say I was let go...for no reason at all. When I asked for one all I got was "you don't belong here, wouldn't you rather work at a nice, high end property?". I tried to fight for my position, but there was nothing I could do. I was completely devastated & heartbroken. I'd given everything I had to this company,this palce, these residents and I did everything right...but still it was all taken away from me. That was the begining of me spiraling down into a very dark place. I just didn't have the will to try for anything anymore, what was the point if no matter what I did, I had no control anyway? I should note, that this came after years of being in job situations where I was unfairly treated, but put up with it anyways. I'd come a very long way and already endured so much to get to where I wanted to be. I've always been a pretty resilent, strong person... but...this was just a different kind of hurt, it was more than I could take. I'd always been someone who thought there wasn't anything I couldn't do/have if I worked hard enough for it, but life sure did prove me wrong. Making things worse after that, were the fact that my home life was a tragedy, failing relationship (engagement, 6yrs), which now I couldn't leave because I had no income. Then all 3 of my very closest friends moved to different states within months of eachother, an old flame came back into my life only to leave me heartbroken, there was a death in my family (which I felt a lot of guilt for), my brother kept trying to kill himself, I had a huge falling out with pretty much my entire family, couldn't find work & due to all the stress, developed an overactive immune system which made me have allergic reactions to everything where I break out in awful boils & hives all the time! I feel like Job, from the hebrew bible!!! Lol.
So coming out of that...really where does one go? Every aspect of my life/mind/values has been restructured, everything I was so sure of before, I'm not anymore. I'm fearful & insecure & unsure of myself...and it's all very new to me, I'm not used to being this person & I don't like it at all, I feel weak & pathetic.
The only reason I mention all of this, is because, I think at that job I was fulfilling that Virgo element...organizing, managing, sevice to others etc. and I've never been better than when was there. So I think I get the concept & can find validity in all you've written...right now for me though its' not so much about not knowing what I need to be doing, it's about knowing where to go to do it/find it. I feel as though I've picked apart every sector of my life searching for the answer of what the *@!! I'm suppose to be doing and all I keep finding are roadblocks. Tried working on my career-fail, tried focusing on my love life-triple fail, tried just focusing on myself, but all that gets me is to a place of self-hate for failing at everything else & not understanding why. I go over the situations a thousand times in my head trying to figure out what I did wrong, what I should've done but didn't, where my critical errors were...but I always come to the same conclusion, nothing, if I had to do it all over, I'd do everything the same. I did all the right things, but still ended up in a very wrong place???

I appreciate all you've written & you taking the time to do so. I know my response is a little lengthy & more personal than I'd normally write, but it's the best way I could express my understanding of the information you given. I still don't really feel as though a clear direction is visible to me, but I am back in school now for an entirely different career, the idea of which came to me during one of my many miserable, allergy outbreaks. I'd like to hope that all the tragic events of late have happened for some sort of positive purpose...otherwise the universe is just conspiring against me & I'm crused! Lol.

Thanks for accepting my offer of this untested technique applied to your chart and for taking the time to fairly consider it, evaluate it and providing the detail about your life that you did...your reply, the personal information you selflessly offered up and the way you 'packaged it' , that is to say 'well written and detailed yet still succinct...was perfect...in my opinion.
So, it seems that being able to express/demonstrate this inner drive for helping the 'Have Little' and the 'Have None's of society through your 'nine-to-five' is in tenor with the symbolism of the 9th of Virgo. A good friend of mine ['Mitch' , whom I mention in my book] has the 9th of Virgo and Pisces as his I.C. and M.C. of his natal chart...the "HOW" and the "WHY" of the natal chart interpreted through the Sabian Symbols found in those degrees found for the I.C. and M.C.
I totally sympathize with what you've been trough at that job...I went through something very similar in the 1990's...[also mentioned in the same book of mine] ...while, I may have experience a lot more outside pressure and assault you were more emotionally involved and on very personal levels...we both got the chair kicked out from under us and then kicked some more physically while we were down.
I went through a lot of additional trials and test afterwards too...was so beat down that I didn't think anything else could be 'thrown at me'...and found out otherwise about that too.
Then came some signs...a number of them...omens, if you please...unmistakable to me as to 'Where or from Whom' they came...I realized I was being assured that I had been tested and that I passed the test and was now ready for the 'real work' I was always meant to do...although I had to wait until I was over 50 years old to know it...not that I could have 'sped things up' either...it was ...I was...designed that way...to be at this present time not in the past. I can give most of the credit to 'making it to this point' to my faith in God and continued use of prayer and other spiritual practices...I don't know if you are a 'Believer'...but if you are, I cannot stress enough the value of prayer, ....avow for it ...and to the power of it and that it will bestow you too...and, especially if it should mean disaster averted from the practice/use of it ...the applying of it ...then, most urgently the IMPORTANCE of it...
You may..you probably will...be interested in the Sabian Symbols for some of your astrological Parts then...as for Increase and Benefits [$$]. Fortune [being fortunate...not acquiring a 'fortune'], Sudden Advancement and the Part of Catastrophe for examples...also, a natal chart axis Sabian Symbol analysis would be in order too.
...also, I've got to say...now that you know this about yourself...and you've seen it demonstrated...
Why not give it all you got? But, declare yourself and dedicate your self to 'That' Cosmic Precept of assisting those folks...as the symbol for Virgo 9* is saying 'you have to be creative and in the way you see need to do so'...which is what you did in that prior job...even though it may seem like it was all business and technical and such...you made a 'Thing of Beauty' out of it...a 'work of art'...and the way you proceeded to do it an 'ART' itself...don't give up now...the 'Cosmos' just bloodied your nose a little bit to get you to realize that you've got mad skills in the ring too...there are a lot of rounds left in the match and you've still got plenty of fight in you...and what's even better...now you know for sure what it is you are fighting for. [pardon all the boxing similes if you can...just my way of saying...]

The last post. It developed into quite a bit more involving the woman i was doing the 'interpretation' for...and , of course, involves more Sabian Symbol application...it really built itself into a lovely example of what I've been running into these last few years [since I've learned that the Symbols are not only valid...but essential to understanding]...as the whole chart displays an 'overall tenor' of symbolism to the 'gestalt', of the birth chart.
