Neptune Rx/Final return June 2012 - March 2013

Greetings.
I'm going to analyze Neptune separately here as it is already post event and I want to get the 'word out'. I realize that Venus, Saturn and Pluto are also retrograde presently [today June 8th] Saturn and Venus and will go direct again in just a couple of weeks and then Pluto as well in Sept. Then Jupiter and Uranus will be going retro.
Meanwhile Neptune will be retrograde until November 11th and it will make it's final return back to 03* Pisces 09' 05" March 1, 2013. ...and it's got some HEAVY Sabian Symbology going on between itself and the North Node.
Neptune went retrograde at 03* Pisces 09' 05" just a few seconds before 2:05 pm here local time in Folsom, Calif on June 4th. The North Node was at 05* Sag. 05' 10"

The 4th degree of Pisces is the Impasse that Neptune has reached and the Sabian Symbol for the 4th degree of Pisces tells us what it is that the 'Beautiful Dreamer' that Neptune is wants to manifest from a dream into reality.
[From Dane Rudhyar's book on the Sabians] (PISCES 4°): "HEAVY CAR TRAFFIC ON A NARROW ISTHMUS LINKING TWO SEASHORE RESORTS.

KEYNOTE: The mobility and intensity of interchange which make possible and characterize complex social processes.

Here we see the Concept of commerce and social interaction in a new form. What is stressed is the need to establish unceasing dynamic relationships between all aspects and functions of the social life. The more complex the relationships, the more dynamic and restless the society. In this symbol the "isthmus" refers to a geographic situation found near San Diego, California, where these Sabian symbols were produced — also in Florida and elsewhere. A narrow strip of land separates the sea from a lagoon and on this strip, houses are built and roads are constantly filled with moving cars. The North Node in the 6th of Sag. tells us why it is necessary for Neptune to hesitate before going forward with it's' dream of a 'New Form of Commerce and Social Interchange Among Humankind"

Any society is built on the interplay between groups of people, each group united by an at least temporary aim. Where this symbol is found, the value of making individual-will or ego-will subservient to collective cultural patterns is emphasized. ...well, that certainly does seem to be the issue...WE need solidarity ....the group consciousness has to be developed and and the essential concepts of exactly what we all agree on that needs to be changed about the way we do 'Commerce and Socially Interact' that has to take a "New Form"...

do you doubt this?... well, just look at where-to Neptune will begin its' final return at. It's 00* Pisces 22' on November 10, 2012 at a few seconds before 11:53 pm here locally in Folsom, Calif....the 'Cosmic Precept" it has to return to to attempt and hopefully achieve which is represented by the Sabian Symbol for the 1st degree of Pisces... [President Obama's Part of Catastrophe... btw]

The North Node explains why this was necessary and that is Symbolized by the Sabian Symbol for the 27th of Scorpio.

When Neptune makes its final return on March 1st 2013 [at apprx 1:45 pm here in my locale] the North Node will be at 19* Scorpio 07'
...this is telling us WHY Neptune and the 'True Blue and New Human Order of Commerce and Society' [ not 'the New World Order' of some devious Cabal that many have feared, but one conceived and born out of the 99% of the rest of Humankind]... is now ready to be installed and we may proceed,,,
...the Sabian for the 20th of Scorpio says it all!

...and the North Node will be in the 19th of Scorpio at that time ...in fact it will be in the 19th degree and the aforementioned symbol of 'transcendental knowledge. but so close to the cusp of the two degrees that one should be aware of both the symbols for the 18th and 19th degrees of Scorpio...the 18th of Scorpio is my Asc. [although I am considering rectifying my birth time to 7:40 from 7:41 which changes it to the 17th of Scorpio as it seems to make more sense as to my own nature via the change in the Symbolism and those Astrological Parts that change to a lower degree and symbol] ...Three days later when Uranus conjs. the Part of Transformation the North Node will be in the 18th of Scorpio. The 18th of Scorpios' Sabian Symbol is a symbol of 'TRANSFIGURATION'.... and that sure goes along with all else we seen here so far... as the appearance of Human Society will seem 'Transfigured' ...that is if all else is accomplished.

...and the way I see it..it will take a degree of extra sensory vision and focused mental acuity to 'see this 'New Societal Concept' that will be such a huge step up the 'Spiritual Evolutionary Ladder' ...how and exactly what it must be designed as and how it is to be applied and made acceptable to Human Society world wide. ...and please note that the North Node will be in the 19* of Scorpio for that event too. ....that Sabian Symbol about "Transcendental Knowledge
